No Bake Cheesecake

filling:
2x 250g packages cream cheese
2x 300ml cans eagle brand condensed milk
0.5 cup lemon juice
1 can cherry or raspberry pie filling
crust:
1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
0.25 cup sugar
5 tbsp melted butter
crust:
1. mix the graham crackers and sugar, then add butter and mix with a fork until
completely moistened
2. press mixture into the bottom and up 1/3rd of the side of a 9-inch dish
3. refrigerate for 1 hour
filling:
1. mix softened cream cheese, condensed milk, and lemon juice very well
2. pour into cooled graham crust
3. refridgerate for 2 hours
4. top with fruit before serving
